Can you believe it? It's 2010 already! May everyone have wonderous health, happiness and prosperity.
I know it will be a great VEGAN year too. More and more people are exploring this healthy lifestyle. More foods and recipes are becoming available. More restaurants are offering vegan meals. Sigh ...
A new year -- an end to 10 years in the 2000's! Remember when 1999 was turning into 2000 -- everyone was so afraid of Y2K?
We watched the ball dropped & I actually got a little tearie eyed -- putting things behind us, so much to look forward to.
I was just looking back on last year's "New Year's Post" 3 day's late.
Black-eyed peas, cornbread, greens -- YUM!
